Katja says, "Photography has always
played a big role in my life. Growing
up I watched my father take thousands of pictures, develop and put them on slides. It did not take long before I bought my
first SLR and started stepping in his footsteps. I am finally at a point in my life where I can take this passion more
serious and make it a profession. I want to perfect images, learn about the subject and bring ideas of the images in my head
to life. I take a broad variety of photographs.
I can find beauty in every subject or object and try to capture that beauty through my lens in a photograph."
You may remember Katja from our walk-a-thons where she has been
our photographer. She is a wonderful person, with a great sense of humor. She is passionate about her work; and
we know she will do a wonderful job.
